I think because I started at a young age, I really loved, you know, cooking.
It was making, you know, customer service, satisfying people, seeing how much they love our food and, you know, possibly expanding the family empire, hopefully.
You know, the drive-thru was really booming during COVID.
Seeing the dining room fill back up after COVID, that's what really warms your heart as someone who likes to satisfy people.
So this really starts with the founders.
They grew up on a farm back there from Cyprus and they grew up on their family farm.
So they know the idea of farm fresh food.
They came over here back in 1970s and they started their own shop called Astro Burger.
And from then they kind of started this in Paris, California.
And they patented the name Fastaurant because it's a fast casual kind of dining experience.
What sets us apart is how fresh our food is.
Not many people really know how fresh our food really is.
For the, for our, our vegetables come in whole, like our onion rings are chopped in house.
Our zucchinis are chopped in house.
Everything is chopped.
I didn't even know that.
So our, our lettuce comes in whole, our onions come in whole, our zucchinis come in whole, even our sauces.
I know you see the ranch right over here is prepped in, in the house daily.
So that's what sets us apart.
