It leads you to a strengthening within yourself.
So you think of all the terrible things that you've been through and all the things you thought you wouldn't get through and look at how all of those things actually brought strength into your mind, your body,
Even though you might have felt destroyed at one time or felt like you couldn't go on, nothing is wasted.
Abuse and sexual assault and all that stuff.
All of that came to a beautiful fruition for me in all those years of being able to talk to people.
The reason why I'm so empathetic and have such understanding and curiosity is because, wow, that happened to me too.
