The governor, Marina de Pilar, with her husband, the Department of Treasury, has accused them of being in cahoots with the organized crime in the cartel.

Also, you know, the mayor of Mexicali next door to Calexico also asked,

Her visa has been taken away and has been put on hold because she has been accused of being in cahoots with the organized crime in the cartel.

Hilda Brown, a federal deputy and former mayor of Rosarito, another municipal city in the state of Baja California, also accused of being in cahoots with the Sinaloa cartel.
