At a young age, and we were all young, so we were all splurging.

Nobody's thinking about saving money.

Now, I go on my second trip.

Second trip was a little bit better.

On the way down, we went to a different town called Medellin.

I don't know if you ever heard of it.

Beautiful town, beautiful country.

I love it.

So get to Medellin, same guys waiting for me with a sign, Pacho.

Now he picks me up at that airport and then drives me back eight hours all the way to the town of Pereira.

So now I have two entrances in Colombia, one in Pereira and one in Medellin.

But they're taking me from Medellin in a car all the way back to Pereira.

It's like an eight, nine hour drive at night through the mountains, you know.

And at that time, it was crazy.

Like they had guerrilla warfare going on everywhere.

They would come take over the highways, you know, and they just start asking you for documents.

They want to see, you know, your IDs.

So the driver was like, oh, give me the passport.

He's hiding it everywhere, you know.
