And then he decided to write a book when he was studying martial arts from people like Bruce Lee.

So all these people that were like famous martial artists in America and they were touring and whatever.

And the book is brilliant because... And how this relates to finance is that if you've got a really unhealthy association with the world at large, you're never ever going to have a healthy relationship with money and investing.

Because as an investor, as someone who...

has to deal with bad times and also has to invest and look forward with optimism because if you don't just go put your money under your mattress if you don't look at the world with optimism then you're not going to have that healthy relationship when it comes to putting your money to work and this is a really good book about just understanding who you are and understanding what's important in life and what's not so i include this there because it's just it's just good life advice and

if you ask the financial planner, you'd say most of their time is just spent teaching people habits.

And that comes from just, you know, having a good relationship with the world around you.
