Well, most of you would know that IQ is, I guess, a proxy for intelligence.
Most people say, she must have had an IQ of at least 130, as if people would think that that was one or two standard deviations above average and somehow they're super intelligent.
But basically, IQ is the label that we've given to people that are intelligent.
EQ, which is emotional intelligence, is the thing that's very hard to define.
It's the thing about someone, the things, the mannerisms, the personality traits, the way they conduct themselves.
It's just this EQ level is just this thing that's how good are you at doing the things that you can't really measure.
And so basically, for me, EQ lowers your ego, boosts your humility, enables you to live and manage money without envy, and to avoid harmful biases.

And so I'm not saying to work on your personality or work on the way you behave or your temperament in place of working on your IQ.
I'm just saying.
Think about how your emotions are formed, how your decisions are impacted by those emotions, and try and find a better way to deal with that.
We've talked about many good resources and podcasts and given you the nudge to things like Farnham Street, the blog.
It's quite a...
dense blog, but Farnham Street, which is a blog that I follow religiously, which is about finding mental tools and ways of coping with things and decision making and just make your life better.
And just to give you some context on what level two thinking might be.
So I explained this at a
