cholesterol it's overhyped like it's been overhyped as a problem there's a lot of mitigating i mean i'm not a doctor of course but no you're right though i mean i have a friend dr filavati who talks about this a lot that it's like he has a lot of heart patient heart attack sort of patients that have normal cholesterol and he has plenty of healthy patients that don't you know don't wouldn't wouldn't show up on a blood test as having good cholesterol and so i think it's a big misnomer or you know big misinformation has been pushed out about that
