And I think this is one way of kind of hijacking that and saying if you can subtly alter how someone looks at their identity, then you'll alter their behavior.
Well, I totally agree that having shared values, having shared culture is really important.
And I think that's one of the really insidious things about what the left did in the school systems that they essentially tried to get to our kids.
They tried to say, okay, we're going to teach them different values.
We're going to teach them that they're bad people and that whites are bad people or that there's all this intersectional grievances and all these wrongs that have to be somehow repaid or whatever.
they, it, it just, it creates all this division.
And, and unfortunately a lot of that whole philosophy is about division.
It's about how to get people to get into some identity that is very narrow.
You know, you're, you're not, we're not just all people now we're men and women and those are different groups and then we're different races and those are different groups and then we're different sexual orientations and those are different groups.
And like,
you got to classify yourself into this little niche.
And then suddenly you're all in these different groups that are pitted against each other.
And, you know, I think it is a very insidious thing that they did to try and build that into the curriculum.
And they really went so far with it.
I was surprised they got as far as they did.
I mean, I'm glad that the Trump administration has been
reversing a lot of that but i think um would have it in like science classes and math classes and stuff where it had nothing to do with that like it wasn't even a relevant topic and they would just introduce this stuff in there and say okay you've got to have this in every single class
I would also say that in many cases,
a lot of ugly things were fixed by technology or by new innovation.
Like, you know, I know it was a tough transition probably for the South at the time because they were in this agricultural mode and they kind of depended on slave labor essentially to make it work.
