How did you spend those five weeks between Suzuka and Miami?

What was your day like?

What was your team's day like?

What was everyone doing?

How did the orchestra come together?

Has this experience, I know you're still in the middle of it, but has it changed your leadership philosophy at all?

How do you calibrate the appropriate amount of stress to bring to an organization?

And you look around the room, you've clearly got the belief of everyone who works for and with you, but also you don't want to feel so much pressure to start to make mistakes, but you need to get them right to the line.

And do you have mentors or advisors?
