Uh, start training jujitsu earlier or some, well, like the two best days to start training jujitsu are, uh, you know, when you were 10 and today.

So, um, yeah, I mean, just, it doesn't have to be jujitsu, right.

But something that, that really drives you, uh, that makes you feel in that state of flow, that's not necessarily related to your direct work.

Uh, I think, I think it's really important.

So it took me a while to find that, but, but yeah, probably that.
