So, but I would do it because what I thought, because I had been told by coaches, like in middle school and in elementary school, that after the sore is where the improvement comes. So I always felt like I had to get to the arms hurting. And then I had to hang on even longer because that's when the growth would happen.

I also slept always on my stomach with my toes over the bottom of the bed.
