And I believe like me and you have totally met in another life.

Like there's just no way that I connect with people on such a soul level and I haven't known them before.

We actually have done some past life regressions.

And I'll say I went back to a past life and I was a child.

And it was like during like the war.

And my dad went off to war.

And my mom had already passed.

And so I was like seven and lost both of my parents.

So in that past life, I just remember him getting on this train and like never seeing him again.

So that was intense.

Another past life I had, I was a guy.

I was a man.

I think that.

in itself showed me how fluid our soul is and how people that you know come into this life and are persecuted for their sexual orientation or their gender identity it shows that our soul can attach to certain things and then when you come back into this new reality it's like

I'm not a woman.

I'm a man.

Or vice versa.

So I think the more that people dig into those past life regressions, the more that we could understand and extend compassion.
