with lower energies and they're trapped in the chains and because they chose not to break free from those chains they're doing the dirty work you know what i mean yeah they're trying to dim your light because if they dim your light you're not helping people

yeah if they make you feel different or ridiculed or judged you're not helping people right and that's why I think I relate to you so much is because when I came out with my spirituality it's almost like coming out of the closet right because people are like who does she think she is right she's crazy she needs to check herself in somewhere you know there's a lot of judgment that gets passed along and

that's the darkness trying to dim your light.

Yeah, it triggers their shadows.

You're illuminating their shadows all of a sudden.

So it's basically like shining a flashlight into their darkness.

And when you get close to that, it's a trigger.

Like, for instance, like people that are on like a twin flame journey, and I know you've discussed that with you and Jay, like your souls knew each other.

When you're on like this twin flame journey, one twin is really in their light and one's really in the shadow.
