Look, I'm not a Consumer Reports investigator, but it sounds like that could be the case.

Harvard University, their faculty voted yesterday to restrict the number of A's an undergraduate professor can award students.
The new policy, set to go into effect next year, caps the number of A's in each course to 20%.
With the flexibility to award up to four additional A's, A-minuses will not be impacted.
So there's going to be a whole bunch of A-minuses.
