So I went through and I was looking and I thought about a couple of different teams.
But the one that I ended up settling on is going back to where it all started in St.
Louis.
I think St.
Louis, because like you said, Sammy, this is a guy who's got, you know, who knows how much long left in the league.
I doubt he wants to sign a minor league deal.
So you go to a young team that's really not going to be good, but it's a place you're familiar with.
You can kind of mentor these young guys a little bit and then deadline rolls around.
The Cardinals are not going to be good.
They flip him to a team trying to make the wild card, whatever.
I think it's a match that works.
He gets major league playing time and inevitably gets moved at the deadline.

Bring back a guy they had over a decade ago and they get a little bit of veteran leadership in that clubhouse.
