Yeah, Puerto Rico got it worse than any other team.

That's a group that was in the top three, four, five teams every single time the WBC came around.
And this year they feel kind of like...

Either way, it sucks that they're not at full strength.
I think you're just at the mercy of the tiebreaker.
I think it's just if you win, you get a point.
