If I run an insurance company and I identify, well, let's just say we're not licensing our guys well enough.

I want to target to see what states license the highest percentage, what states take how many days to get somebody licensed.

And then I judge that state based on the regulation and which brokers run that office better.

If you're Pakistani, we're not taking any Pakistanis coming in.

But if I run the same report and they're coming from Saudi and let's just say the percentage is super small, let's take a look at that.

I want people that are coming that assimilate, that want to contribute to society.

They don't track the data to pull it.
