If you're a business owner and you want to go read a book, CEO excellence is a phenomenal book written by three McKinsey senior partners.

The only thing I will tell you is there's going to be some climate change stuff in there, some of the DEI bullshit that you're going to have to go through.

But if you can set that aside, the content is actually phenomenal.

and is directed specifically to CEOs, and a ton of stories in there of how Jamie Dimon stayed signal with a bunch of noise that he had around him, because it's going to be constant.
