They have decided, and here's what the message is from them.

Now what do they say?

So imagine, so the argument of finances and taxes, that goes away.

He says, imagine how much the people who are against this war, they said finances first.

Imagine how important this has to be to the Gulf states, where they're sitting there saying,

We don't want any of this.

I want to play you two clips.

We don't want any of this so much that, guess what?

We're willing to pay for it.

You know how you got $18 trillion of companies that committed and countries that committed to investing here?

What is it to couple these Gulf states to say, I'll give you $200 billion?

We'll fund it.

We'll pay for it.

If that announcement is made tonight, but let me tell you, it shuts a lot of people up.
