I was like, this is amazing.

I could do this forever.

Then as my career progressed,

Just opportunity, like bigger opportunities came from social media.

It came from people seeing my work online.

My Instagram became my portfolio for people to see.

I feel like the days of looking at the internet for client work changed.

So I've always wanted to have my own brand.

I've always wanted to be successful.

So seven years ago, we launched Pajakta Beauty and I started working on this like eight years ago, but this was a time where

I was probably one of the biggest makeup artists at that time.

I was working with Rihanna, JLo, Ariana Grande.

And that time, Kylie had just, I think, sold her beauty brand for a billion dollars.

And every single person was like, I want a beauty brand.

People were flocking to me to invest in me.

And I had probably five or six...

people or firms like reach out to me to start a brand with me and me not knowing anything about business.

I've never had a corporate job.

I was honestly like a little freaked out.

And I realized that even though I didn't know how to get to this point, I wanted to be with someone that made me feel safe.
