And she was just struggling to breathe.
And earlier, even in the morning, I rang the GP and arranged an appointment.
I just thought she had a chest infection and we're probably going to get some, you know, antibiotics, maybe a syrup.
I just thought it was a simple, you know, simple cold as such.
was getting worse so I said I better go to the GP and I actually went a little bit earlier and as we were on the way to the GP she just wasn't doing well and I walked into the GP and sat her down and she just started going really pale and her lips actually started turning blue and her nurse was passing by and she actually spotted us and she rushed us into the GP
And straight away, the GP put, he actually checked her oxygen levels and they were down to like 60, 62, I think.
So dangerously low and put an oxygen mask on her.
And he kind of said something like, you know, she's slipping away or she just wasn't really doing well.
So that was a bit of a shock.
Yeah, because it's as if we didn't make it there one time.
God knows what could have happened, you know.
So it was just really scary and shocking because I just thought, you know, we're just going to walk out with a prescription and she'd probably be fine in a few days.
Well, thank goodness.
I probably should have gone to the emergency, but at the time it didn't even dawn on me that it could have been asthma, you know.
Yeah, no, she's doing brilliant.
No, she's taking her inhaler every day, every morning, every evening, just minimal dose.
And thankfully she hasn't, you know, we didn't have another attack.
And she's doing great.
She's back to her activities.
But it's just, you know, when she did come down with it, it took three weeks for her to kind of bounce back.
