Oh, my gosh. In season, I travel with habanero peppers because they're the hottest. And monkey peppers, bird peppers, anything that's- Hot. Hot. Jalapenos are not so hot, but the habaneros are- Crazy. Blazing hot. So I carry those. I carry fresh garlic. I carry certain sea salts and grapeseed oil I travel with. Oh, interesting. And when we get to the town-
