So I'm always solving problems.

The purpose of being on the Gemba is to help your people solve problems.

So the key to solving people's problems is not to solve their problems, to let them solve their problems.

Because if they solve their problems, they're going to really buy into the idea of problem solving.

But if you just project on them what you want them to do, they're going to feel like, you know, they're not going to be invested in it.

So what I do is I'll walk onto the gimbal and I say, okay, so how's everything going, Yuri?

Well, we're having problems with the machine.
