will say, hey, we're going to have a quick meeting in production.
So the eight people that are in production will go over and the lead person will say, okay, these are some of the issues we have.
We have this huge order from Amazon.
We got to crank this out.
And we need to get a few more people in here from graphic design to come help us.
We call that bus.
We get people from other departments to come help us if we're overburdened.
And we have a new process on how we're doing the 2P10 activators.
So the new process is this.
So they're training the people in that short little meeting they're having.
They're training them on the new process and they're apprising the fact that Amazon just ordered 2,000 of these and they have to be done by the end of the day.
So that would be an example of a meeting that they would have.
And then if a department needs a meeting for some reason, if shipping and receiving, injection molding, engineering...
whatever.
They'll have a quick meeting of their people, address some of the issues, or maybe they're working on a big Kaizen, a big project that they're working on.
They'll put the five people together in engineering.
They'll say, okay, this is what we're trying to do.
We're trying to move the injection molding five feet to the left so we can fit in this new chiller.
Anybody got any ideas on how to do that or any suggestions?
And the engineers will look at it and say, well, I think the water line's there, but we need a bigger compressor tank to deal with the
