So in the very beginning, it was more of a volume game.

I went from doing three episodes a week, which then I went to one every day.

What person has four hours of sleep, still goes to the gym, I got pulled over by the way, goes back, showers, packs for six days, and then records 20 episodes straight, and then jumps in the car and jumps on the plane, and we're on the plane for like 11 hours.
