full fat butter and mct oil which is a coconut oil extract and then i mix you put butter in your coffee well this is a bulletproof coffee so this is a lot of fat content which straves off the hunger for longer but gives you a lot more of an energy kick so it's pretty long in america this is a big drink but they don't do it you can't get too expensive mct it's like a called bulletproof coffee but then i also chuck a creatine a scoop of creatine in there
