you become something that they want to follow and so then it is your job to try and yeah follow up yeah and you have no idea the ripple effect of exactly taking that you know 60 seconds out of your day to do that yeah it's just incredible and i think of the people that you know when i was a kid the little things that people did that changed everything you know you people are by being

I mean, this is the fun thing about being 38.

You're not 20 anymore.

I'm running a major organization.

It's really nice to be able to be the person that is the positive influence, that helps somebody up, that goes, yeah, you know what you should do?

I've been in the field for so long.

And it's like, we've all been burned.

There's so many sharks out there.

There's so many pieces of shit out there.

And it's like, it's a lot of fun to be that person.
