But what I'm finding more and more is that

it's modern readers aren't really looking for that.

They want easy read.

And that for my style of storytelling, people really enjoy and tend to thank me for more of an Anthony Bourdain style where you're like, so we found ourselves on the side of this river and we knew we were in danger.

The reason we were in danger.

And you just start telling the story and you know what?

Forget that.
