Mm-hmm.

But it's that sort of intrusion when you're not expecting it.

It can be quite off-putting.

But when I'm at Park Run, I don't care who comes and asks for it because it's part of what I think is my responsibility.

I don't see myself as anything special or celebrity or anything like that.

It's definitely not that.

But what it is is people expressing a common thread, which is, thank you for Park Run.

It's really important.

and um yeah and i'm i'm going to do a screen grab as one of them i've recently in the last eight months moved into west sussex oh where oh really i'm a lot closer to you now joe and um i was in east brighton uh a week or so ago and then

A couple of weeks before that, I was down working with teams.

In fact, I'm going to be back in Brighton quite soon.

I'm going to the Brighton Table Tennis Club, who are a charity who work with

young, old folks across the board to help them get back into life.

An incredible charity doing incredibly good work.

So I'm sure I'll be bumping into you at some point.

Oh, I hope so.
