Okay, does very good at cutting away the carbon.

The brush is soft enough, won't harm the finish.

The JB Borbrite, it works great with a lot of things.

But yeah, for revolvers, that's one of the ways to clean it up.

But your blue brush, wow.

It's a bigger brush at the head than most of the ones you can buy and gives you a lot more cleaning surface than most of those that everybody tries to sell you.
