i mean a judge can override yeah i mean he killed someone so i don't i don't feel bad however on january 16 2020 the 22 year old carrie was released from prison after serving less than two years of her sentence her father remains behind bars in elmira correctional facility in elmira new york now whether or not the two have had contact in the time since their imprisonment i can't say for sure but i do know this
