you know and then maybe later i was like maybe sunny gray i don't know but either way it was a good message it was like hey we're trying to win here we need everybody to be all in here if we're not all in that's fine come tell me and i'll i'll fix it you know and then i was like oh that's a really good approach like if i'm ever that guy one day i like that approach because let's just be up front about it you know like let's all we want to be all in here or what's the point
