They're going to start to return back, I would think, for many of them, to what they really were supposed to be doing in the first place. Oh, the incentive is having more ammo and more training, not more diversity trainings? How about we do that? I do think it's the type of institution that can turn differently than, say, a Department of Education, which we should just get rid of completely.
