But as I saw a couple of these guys go off the board during the third round, I would have liked the Chiefs to have gotten away from the draft with one they felt good about.
A lot of nickel experience for Canaday.
And so, you know, you wonder what that means for a Shamari Connor.
You know, they had been using him, you know, as a nickel.
And Canaday comes in with all this experience inside.
really actually similar to the receiver they got Cyrus.
I mean, he played a lot in the slot.
But, you know, again, back to Canada, they feel like he is going to compete right away to get in, you know, to what would be that starting nickel look.

And, you know, you kind of see who's better there.

I think surprised a couple of picks later for them to go and get another one.
But, you know, it's a sign that they really knew what they lost in, in McDuffie and Watson.
And, you know, they're continuing to build up the position.
Yeah, I'm not sure they actually, in my opinion, needed a running back, but it seemed like his talent was so great that they felt like they almost couldn't believe that he was still available to them.
