Right?
It's not like I could just hop in a car and take immediate action to resuscitate a friendship.
But the last time we got together, we had that opportunity to just feel like no time had passed at all.
And I realized today as I was reading this research that it really corroborates
Some friendships, most friendships, hopefully, don't actually need constant maintenance to stay relevant and meaningful in your life.
Like emotional closeness can persist when your physical presence together is limited and limited.
that all of it is required is that both people trust that that is the case and that that connection is real and not every friendship can look like that not every friendship needs to look the same not every friend needs a weekly check-in yeah um and uh and yet some of them are are just made that much more valuable if they do so i guess here's my challenge for you oh
Maybe it's for you don't need it because you and your friends, your clicks.
You're part of like how many umpteen group chats now?
Who knows?
Right now?
I love that you could do that and that everything you say just fits in to all of it.

One's on anxiety.
Yeah.
It's great.
Yeah.
I think for everybody, pick a friend this week, and it doesn't have to be the easy one, right?
Pick the one that you've been avoiding because of silence and send them a message and just say, hey –
I'm thinking about you right now.
