then it becomes much easier.

I've got $45,000 in the bank, and then you get another $20,000, and you're only spending $10,000 a month.

And so when they hit every other month, and then suddenly you have one month when three hits, and you're like, holy shit, I got $100,000 in the fucking bank.

But what happens is most people, they get that $40,000 or that $30,000, $20,000 the first time they blow through all of it, and they're broke, and they fucking spiral out of control, and then they go, what happened?

You know what happened.

It's a lot of phone calls, a lot of rejection.
