He's been mentioned for days.

Do you think this could happen?

I'm only a wee bit concerned about Fofana coming back because there's a boy went in for Celtic, hasn't there, I think, recently as one of the scouting.

He's come in, so I'm not sure if he's maybe been part of bringing Fofana to Chelsea, you know, on the recruitment side of it.

So he'll know more about Fofana, obviously, in that respect.

But what I found when I was down south at that particular time, especially in London, see trying to get these boys, they would rather sit in Chelsea and train to the end of the season than play.

And the pressures that come along with playing with Celtic, unless he's got the right character, that would be the biggest thing for me.

I find a lot of the guys at Chelsea don't want to go out and don't want to go alone because they love living in London and they've not got the pressure to have a game on a Saturday.

It sounds bizarre, but that's what some of these guys want.

I'm not saying Fofana's like that,

But maybe that's what the connection is.

And I'm hoping if the guy's in at Celtic now, he knows enough about the personality, what he can bring to Celtic.

And if that's the case and he thinks he can do the job, well, he's near enough to be guaranteed to do the job, maybe on his head because he knows him well enough and he's seen him a lot more than me.
