So if they can't make it, they can, um, still watch, but it is, hopefully I pass down some good lessons to them.
Because I reckon people, just something I think of when I'm at work by myself all the time, is I reckon that people definitely get just brainwashed into society, like just go and grind away for your family.
And then sometimes we forget what our passions are.
Like, and maybe you pass down to your kids, grind away for your family, and it's like honourable and everything, but maybe there needs to be more of a balance.
It should be nine till five, but especially because they reckon like after you have that caffeine and you have like late night training, it's like your cortisol spikes later in the day than it's meant to.
So the next day you should be like in theory feeling real flat.
i don't know listening to a bit of huberman lab like and i have this conversation with shane walker and he goes oh mate i'm always that flat in the morning after i'll be like yeah because your cortisol is out of whack like same as me don't get to work until 11 a.m yeah but um i was working like even now like saturdays sundays i'll go to work after this oh yeah but um just gotta try and and you enjoy it
Like sometimes you get under the pump and something has to give, like you might let your customers down a bit.
And then if you let them down too much, they drop off.
But the most important thing is that you don't let your family down, which I have to be mindful of.
Like sometimes you're tired and you're just like, oh yeah, have to go to the swimming pool, have to go to the playground, just relax.
Because I've noticed the more time you give to them, the more they want to be around you when you're at home.
The more you give them, the more they give you.
First of all, cause I know the walkers, they're like a little bit, um, they're a little bit different.
