You've got to run right to the middle and then right back.
Just like feel like you're ticking a box and it's going to be all good.
And every now and then it'll be like the 78th minute and you'll be like, ah, it's only two minutes left.
you don't want it to get out of control.
So try not to, um, develop anymore.
Like, cause once you give into your brain, like, Oh yeah, I am going to walk over that line.
Do you just make yourself weaker and weaker?
But maybe if you can try and like resist it slowly.
