envelope that's going to that department i mean like have we seen a step change across all of that department in the five years that their funding has gone up that much yeah maybe that i'm unaware of but i don't think so and just on the lobbying front i thought it was interesting we all knew that lobby groups would point towards the fuel protest before long the universities weren't the first one that came to mind but if they're doing it you can be pretty sure it's going to come up a lot in the remainder of the year
