Someone next to him has to be able to go box to box.
The only thing I would say, the flip side of the coin is when you're an interim manager and you go into a changing room and you're putting your arm around everyone and you go in, you're great.
I think you're this.
I think that's the easy thing to do.
And I've never managed that level.
I've never managed it anyway.
But I'd imagine when he gets a job, touch wood he gets it, when he gets the job,
then he's going to have to challenge his dad, because then he's going to be going and buying players to set your position, your position, and your position, and then that's a different managing mentality, and he's got to then manage the changing rooms, where people are going, this fucker's getting rid of me, yeah, and he's getting somebody else in.
I want them to have a break.

You've seen over the last 10, 12 weeks how much he's grown because he's playing well, he's getting accolades.
But he's 21 and he's had a lot of time off this season.
He should be able to play 60 games a season at 21.
There's other players in the squad who are going to have to do it.
It's just part of it.
Yeah, but... I get that point as well, yeah.
I just think when you're young, and if you look at his body type, and you say now he looks fit and leaner, I think when you're 21, you're playing and playing.
It's different when you're 28, 29, but when you're 21, I think I could run it every day, all day, every day.
And I get what Pete's pointing, but I do... And if he had played the whole season, I'd get that as well, but he has had five months off.
