I don't know if it could be your first pick as a GM or your first pick as a head coach, but if you're secure in your spot and you're looking at this draft and it's a bunch of mid, this guy is the sky's the limit prospect as far as skill position goes.

I have him going currently 19 to Tampa, which is crazy because a week ago I had him going either four or five.
