And I would go in there and my advice to those GMs would be, you have to find a way to finesse the egos in the room of obviously what he's going to want to hear, what your thoughts are. But you're going to also have to tell them straight up, I can also manage all of this because there is a next generation coming. His kids aren't going anywhere. One of them's a freshman in college.

The other one's in high school. They're only going to get older and more power and more emboldened. And it's like, if that's a problem as a GM, you need to have the backbone to be able to say, I can't have that around or I don't want that around. And the same for the coaches. That's the truth of it. So the owners aren't going anywhere.
