If the plans are approved, Surrey Fire and Rescue say building work will start in autumn 2025 and is estimated to last a year and a half.

Yeah, Thursday the 6th. They've got over 100 stores across the U.K., They sell, well, desserts, which are rather nice, and ice creams and gelatos and waffles and things like that.
