And it's interesting, isn't it, that you're continuing with that practice of evolving history and being involved with some of the local buildings and some of the historic local companies, trying to keep some of the old but also moving them into the future as well. And, Sean, it's kind of heartbreaking, isn't it, that when you look around, so much of Rygate has changed. I'm thinking of the other side of the road where the majestic cinema once was, and now, actually, the everyman is not aesthetically pleasing, is it? But there again, we don't want to live in a museum, do we?
