Do you think children find it easier to ride in a straight line?
Or do you think they're wobbling left and right, Robin?
So I think they'll need a bit more grip for those learning situations.
You know, I've seen wonderful avenues of learning where teachers have come back from overseas.
Those wonderful holidays, 12 weeks off a year, I'm certain teachers are not sitting with their hands on their lap for 12 weeks waiting for school to start again.
Teachers are wonderful role models who experience so many things in those holidays.
You know, it might be travel, it might be visiting family and friends, it might be investigating something of their own interests.
if they could bring those ideas into the classroom, it would make for such an enriching learning experience for the children.
Exactly, be themselves.
Because when you travel, for example, and you bring back some artifacts from overseas, I saw a teacher bring back, in an early childhood environment, bring back some artifacts from Japan and show the children.
When questions were asked, the teacher was so excited to share their insights.
They weren't avoiding questions.
And then two or three weeks later, when a child asked another question and they wanted to go back, the teacher was more than happy to go back and look at that with them because it was something they were passionate and excited about teaching and learning about.
