That got a little out of hand.
I don't really like the way that evolved and went.
How could I do a better job of making sure it doesn't go in that direction in the future with the new team and just start with a fresh slate?

It's part of that because I do think there's an element of the guys that just kind of understand like who, who, who, what it's about.
The guys fade crazy.
Like I'll talk to the players.
A lot of players come up.
I'm talking to guys all the time.
And they're always basically the same thing.
They're like, yeah, talk to so-and-so.
I've talked to about 10 of your former players or these three guys, and they all say the same.
I say, well, what do they say?
