When you have a first grader, everyone's birthday, everyone gets invited.

So I've done three birthday parties in the last eight days.

And my son's got a broken wrist, which I talked about last week.

So he can't do the trampoline park and all that stuff.

So we just play video games.

We've just been ripping.

I've probably spent $300 on claw machines in the last week and a half.

And all I've gotten to show for it is a dozen shitty rubber ducks and Tootsie Rolls.

But...

The real fire fest is one of the birthday parties.

They had a SpongeBob VR roller coaster.

And he's like, I want to do this, Dad.

I was like, all right, I'll do it with you.

And we both put on the sets.

I had to take off the set because I got so dizzy.

I legitimately started to get nauseous.

My son did the VR roller coaster probably 15 times, and I couldn't handle one run of it.

And I felt like such a bitch.

I also had a moment where there was a kid who was not in my son's class, not at the birthday party, who just was following us around asking if I would pay for him to use claw machines.

And I had to kindly tell a six year old like, hey, bro, I don't know you.
