Great job coaching those guys.

Great players who played hard, but I think they were a reflection of Jay.

I mean, you could argue they were the difference in a lot of ways in that team last year.

So, yeah, we got to do that.

I mean, if you look at the Seahawks, all credit to Mike McDonald.

They did a great job.

The whole organization, obviously, did a great job.

But Mike brought in a mentality, a mindset, a way of doing things.

He's really smart, really bright, really thoughtful guy, honest guy.

They built the kind of team that we would like to build here.

I mean, if you watch the way they played, that's the kind of team that we would like to build in New York.

And, you know, we're going to have to be competing against them in this conference.

So, yeah, just much respect for what they did.

I hope we can do the same.

I'm looking around at the guys here that were here.

They're shaking their head absolutely not.

Of course they do that.

We'll tell them about the little door.
