And whereas last season it just seemed like there was so much hope that he could change things around, it's absolutely devoid of that this season.
It's really, really tough to watch him do the same thing over and over, not change anything.
And we all saw, you know, we all saw what happened when he tried to make changes.
It was just a complete joke.
There's, with it Phil,
symptomatic of their mentality.
They seem to want Sunday to come and help them.
But it should be on onus on themselves to help themselves.
So, for example, when you see the press and you see Sobislai pressing on his own and no one else, it looks atrocious.
It looks ridiculous.
And it's like they've almost went, well, yeah, Sobislai is going to win the ball.
It's the same when they go down with fouls.
There seems to be this mentality of the ref's going to help me out here or somebody's going to help me out here.
It seems to be a complete...
you know, permeated the entire squad from the manager all the way down.
Somebody's going to help us out here.
There's no onus to take control.
There's no onus to make a decision that's correct.
They can't even seem to make the correct decision.
It's all coming from the mentality.
